Brenda Gonzalez
Dr. Brenda’s passion for movement and wellness started early. Growing up immersed in sports like Muay Thai, track, and volleyball, she developed a deep appreciation for the body’s capabilities—and the importance of taking care of it. That mindset led her to earn a degree in kinesiology and eventually discover her calling in chiropractic care, a field she was introduced to as a child.
She began her chiropractic career in 2021, entering the profession with a clear vision: to focus on sports chiropractic and equine chiropractic, helping both athletes and animals move and perform at their best. Dr. Brenda is certified in IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) and incorporates a wide range of adjusting techniques including Gonstead, Diversified, Activator, Drop, and more. Her hands-on experience spans a diverse patient base, from young children to adults over 80.
Whether she’s working with athletes, weekend warriors, or everyday movers, Dr. Brenda brings both skill and empathy to her practice. She believes in staying active and energized herself, working out 5–6 days a week to stay aligned with the demands of her job. On her rest days, you’ll find her recharging with a good book, binge-worthy shows, a cozy coffee shop, or a walk outdoors.
